16th Golden Elephant - International Children’s Film Festival is started today in Hyderabad, India.This festival will be held in every odd year in Hyderabad which is the permanent venue for it. This time it is from 14 the to 20 the November.70 children films from 20 nations will be Screened in Hyderabad theatres.First film to screen is "Mozart in China" on 15th November. It is an Australian film.Children’s Film Society of India (CFSI) is organizing it in association with government of Andhra Pradesh.8 theatres are selected to screen these movies.
