The 59th Miss World 2009 contest was held in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 12, 2009.Totally 112 contestants are competed for the Miss World crown.But finally Kaiane Aldorino of Gibraltar won it. Former Miss World Ksenia Sukhinova crowed her.Perla Beltran of Mexico stood first runner up while Tatum Keshwar of South Africa stood second runner up.Pooja Chopra from India stood in top 16 semi finalists. And she won "Beauty with a Purpose" fast track event.Zee Cafe has broadcasted this event in India.
